Design

We provide a full service, from the initial site measure, free quote and advice about design, to crafting your final product to your specifications. We like challenges and pride ourselves on the motto ‘if you can draw it then we can make it’ (but of course if you can’t draw it we can help with that too!).

Our Services

Dimensions of the Bench

Shape of bench left to right, front to back.

Upstands

Height of upstands – measurements need to be specified either overall (i.e. from the cabinets) or from the top of the bench.

Fascia

Type of Fascia's: bullnose, square, European roll or a profile to your specifications. Thickness of fascia's.

Type of Stainless Steel

Polished (classic or satin) or textures: New Linen, Leather Coil, Squares, Mirage, Flax Coil or Bead Blasted. Please refer to the images of stainless steel finishes in the residential benching category.

Antispills

Type of antispill if required.

Bowls and Inserts

Sizes of bowls and style of inserts, e.g. 1.5 bowl or 1.25 bowl insert with or without drainer tray. Is a waste master outlet required? Today it is common to have only one large bowl.

Tap/Water Filter Holes

Hob/Downdraft cutouts: number of cutouts, size of cutouts and whether the corners of the cutouts are radius or square.

Positioning of your Bench

Can the bench be positioned in one piece or is a site join required? Do you require us to site measure, and template for wall angles?

Delivery

Do you require delivery to site? Note: Large benches including those which are L-shaped or U-shaped: If the shortest leg is longer than 3000 mm it is important to check site access and whether your truck driver is able to transport this bench. If not, a site join will be necessary. A bench approximately 600 mm wide will weigh close to 17 kg per 1000 mm.

Manufacture

Staybrite have the facilities to produce work custom-made to your requirements. Our skilled and expert staff can fabricate products exactly to your individual specifications.

Installation & Site Measure

Staybrite will work alongside you from the initial site measure through to the completion of the project. Many of our trade customers choose to install the stainless units themselves; however, we can arrange for site welds or installation as required.
